At Professor Vape, we guarantee your right to return the goods without any reason, provided that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging as you received it.
This excludes flavors containers, tanks, filters (coils) and batteries. The amount of the order will be calculated as a balance after receiving the product in its original condition without any damage, whether due to shipping or use. The balance can be used in your next order or refunded.
The balance is equal to the value of the product and the shipping fee is deducted from it.
